Manufacturing method of package battery

Abstract

The invention provides a manufacturing method of a package battery which can prevent the problem of the outward spillover of a resin composition and can be expected to give full play of excellent battery performance by reliably filling the resin composition into an externally installed shell. A fill inlet (22) and an exhaust port (23) are disposed at one end of the cuboid rear shell (2). A heart part (4) which is formed by disposing single batteries (7a, 7b) and a PCBA (5) on a bracket (6) is contained between the rear shell (2) and the front shell (3). Then, funnels (8a, 8b) are inserted into the fill inlet (22) and the exhaust port (23) respectively; the fluid resin composition is filled from the funnel (8a) side, and gas is exhausted from the funnel (8b) so as to perform a casting and packaging procedure.
本发明提供一种防止树脂组成物向外部溢出的问题,并通过可靠地将树脂组成物向外装壳体内填充而能够期待发挥优良的电池性能的封装电池的制造方法。在长方体状的后壳体(2)的一端面设置填充口(22)及排气口(23)。将在支架(6)上配设单电池(7a、7b)及PCBA(5)而成的心部部件(4)收纳在后壳体(2)与前壳体(3)之间。然后,将漏斗(8a、8b)分别插入填充口(22)、排气口(23),从漏斗(8a)侧填充流动性的树脂组成物,并且从漏斗(8b)排气来实施浇注封装工序。
