Abstract

本发明申请提供一种一体化智能加药除臭系统,包括造雾装置和高压清洗装置两部分,其中,造雾装置和高压清洗装置共用一个配比箱,造雾装置还包括位于配比箱上游的第一原液瓶,第一原液瓶与空气过滤器连接,在配比箱的下游连接有第一混合液箱,第一混合液箱与高压泵连接,高压泵与雾化通道连接,在雾化通道上设有臭味感应器,高压清洗装置包括位于配比箱上游的第二原液瓶,第二原液瓶与空气过滤器连接,在配比箱的下游连接有第二混合液箱,第二混合液箱与高压泵连接,高压泵与清洗喷枪连接,在高压雾化通道上设有压力传感器。所述的一体化智能加药除臭系统,能够实现全智能一体化的控制,具有广阔的应用前景。
The invention provides an integrated intelligent chemical feeding and deodorizing system. The system comprises a mist producing device and a high pressure cleaning device, wherein the mist producing device and the high pressure cleaning device share one proportioning case; the mist producing device also comprises a first stock solution bottle positioned in the upper stream of the proportioning case; the first stock solution bottle is connected with an air filter; a first mixed solution case is connected to the downstream of the proportioning case, and is connected with a high pressure pump; the high pressure pump is connected with an atomization channel; an odor inductor is arranged on the atomization channel; the high pressure cleaning device comprises a second stock solution bottle positioned in the upstream of the proportioning case; the second stock solution bottle is connected with the air filter; a second mixed solution case is connected to the downstream of the proportion case, and is connected with the high pressure pump; the high pressure pump is connected with a cleaning spray gun; and a pressure sensor is arranged on a high pressure atomization channel. The integrated intelligent chemical feeding and deodorizing system can be used for realizing full intelligent integrated control, and has the advantage of wide application prospect.
