Preparation method for lithium iron phosphate/carbon composite positive electrode material of lithium ion battery

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method for a lithium iron phosphate/carbon composite positive electrode material of a lithium ion battery. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (1) adding a hard carbon ball into a mixed solution of distilled water and glycerol, conducting stirring for 2h under room temperature, dissolving ferrous sulphate and phosphoric acid in a hard carbon ball-containing solution, and stirring them for 2h under room temperature so as to obtain a solution A; (2) adding lithium hydroxide into a mixed solution of distilled water and glycerol, and carrying out stirring at room temperature for 2h, thus obtaining a solution B; (3) adding the solution B into the solution A in a dropwise manner slowly so as to form a solution C, performing stirring and raising the temperature to 115DEG C simultaneously, implementing backflow reaction for 5h under argon gas protection, then conducting filtering so as to obtain a sediment; (4) washing the sediment with distilled water repeatedly, then drying the sediment so as to obtain the lithium iron phosphate/carbon composite positive electrode material of a lithium ion battery. The method of the invention has the advantages of good controllability, high reproducibility, and can synthesize a material with fine particles, uniformly distributed particle size, high conductivity, good crystallization degree, as well as excellent electrochemical performance.
本发明一种锂离子电池磷酸铁锂/碳复合正极材料的制备方法,特点是包括以下步骤:(1)将硬碳球加入到蒸馏水和丙三醇的混合溶液中,在室温下搅拌2小时,将硫酸亚铁和磷酸溶于含硬碳球溶液中,在室温下搅拌2小时得到溶液A;(2)将氢氧化锂加入到蒸馏水和丙三醇的混合溶液中,在室温下搅拌2小时得溶液B;(3)将溶液B缓慢滴加到溶液A中,形成溶液C,边搅拌边升温到115℃,在氩气保护下回流反应5小时,再过滤得到沉淀物;(4)将沉淀物用蒸馏水洗涤多次,烘干后即得到锂离子电池磷酸铁锂/碳复合正极材料,优点是该方法可控性好、重现性高,合成的材料的颗粒细小、粒径分布均匀、电导率高、结晶度好,具有优异的电化学性能。
